Art Commission Terms of ServicePayment
- 50% non-refundable deposit required to start work
- for reservations, 10% non-refundable deposit upfront to reserve a spot and then 40% to start working.
- Remaining 50% due before final artwork deliveryProcess-The client must provite a clear description and references for approval.
- For illustrations 2 round of minor revisions allowed
- For model cutting I'll work up close to your rigger to make sure the model is cut to your rigger's preference.
- For Rigging, up to 3 rounds of minor revisions allowed
- Final artwork delivered after full paymentTimeframe- Completion time varies based on complexity and workload
- Updates provided regularly throughout the process
- Progress is always updated on my Work QueueRights- I retain the copyright and can use every artwork in portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
- Client may use illustrations for personal use only unless agreed otherwise
- Client have commercial rights for emotes, panels, Vtuber PSD files and Vtuber rig.Cancellation- Deposit is non-refundable if the client cancels
- Full refund provided if I cancel
- In the situation of a fraudulent return I'll have the rights to any illustration and model for re-selling as a YCH for Illustrations, or re-selling/ give away for Vtubers.Content- Artist reserves the right to refuse any commission content they're uncomfortable withVtubers-In case the layers are not properly named I add a $30 fee for my extra hour of work correcting the layers name
-If the client wants to resell the model I must be informed first and the person purchasing it must agree with my TOS
